I have special ordered one pandora, and bought 5 others beads together today. However I didn't get a separate receipt shows that I missed the special order bead.

I visited during the a sale, because of the sale, and the lineup wait outside the store was about an hour. In my opinion, there should have been one associate to deal with people like me, who had their items on hold.

Had to show from the book the bead I was looking for....even then the sales associate didn t know which one the bead was. She lacked knowledge of the product.

I went into the store and the sale assoicate that was helping me had a bad attitude. As I smiled and spoke with her about the rings I was looking for she asked me if I had pictures of them as she didn't know the rings I was speaking of. She appeared annoyed that I wanted to look at several rings. She was telling me she didn't know what size I was wearing, I saw the ring sizer and checked myself. When I asked for a second ring in the same colour she told me they were the same colour but they truly were not. When I asked if another store would have the ring I was looking at she said she didn't know and suggested I call, she didn't even bother to give me the number. I looked it up. I picked one ring and bought it. At no time during my interactions with her (Ban, that's her name) did she ever smile with me, try to up sale or make me feel like I was a valued customer. If this was my first pandora experience, it would have been my last. Thankfully it will just be my last experience at the Hillcrest location. The staff at the Promenade location, especially Zenith, are friendly smile and make you feel valued.

I returned a gift and I was given a credit note from this store. I bought charms and still had a balance left in my credit note but the store associate, Nikki, insisted that she will take the credit note from me. I explained to her that the credit note is like a money or a gift card that I have to Keep it if I still have a balance. In that case she told me to speak to a manager but She never called her manager instead she insisted that she will just figure out and never let me speak to the manager. It took me a while to explain and let her understand that she needed to return me back the credit note as it still had a balance. She kept on saying that I would not be needing it. I will never go back to this store as their associates were unknowledgeable and cannot keep up with the customers.

I requested for the staff to call another site for a product availability. Outright the staff declined saying because they are a "franchise" they don't do this. 2 days before, another store (Shops at Don Mills) offered to do this for my friends and I when they had insufficient stock of the product 6 of us were eyeing to buy. Ironically, this was store was the store the Shops at Don Mills site called. When the staff was informed, she hesitantly said "she could try" but ultimately gave me the number of another store for me to call. This store even only had 2 customers during my visit; not busy at all. Bad customer service.

Sales associates were very rude. Couldn’t be bothered to help or assist in any way when it’s there job to. Whoever store manger was, was also very rude. Sale associate said they did not have a size in a ceartain ring to do an exchange after they checked 3 times and said I have to wait or get it sowmehwe else then while it was right in front of there eyes the whole time they found it. Staff seemed to not know about there inventory and had no basic manners. Very cold towards customers.

Was greeted but once she found out it was a return, she made me wait instead, she continued to talk to her employee for a little while before helping me with the return, there was no hospitality, I didn't get the same treatment as people who made purchases that day, she was the manager but the receipt shows a different name
