Pandora Jewelry

I’ve been to this Pandora location many times. On this day, it was a Black Friday sale. A limited amount of customers were allowed into the store. The associate I got seemed uninterested in connecting with me. It seemed as though she wanted to move onto the next customer. There was not a lot of interaction between the both of us. I felt like I had To make my own decision on the item I wanted to purchase with little to no assistance from her. This is often not the case when I come into the store. This moment just stood out in my memory.

One of the items I wanted to purchase was not available in my size at the Hillcrest mall.location

I came to exchange my reflections bracelet for the smallest size and the girl helping me said they didn’t have anymore when just the day before I got a call saying they hadn’t one for me. The girl that originally helped me found the bracelet and I dealt with her after

The stock of an item which I understand could not be available on time as previously hoped for.

I was not well attended by the winner, just like I went to other stores. The seller did not demonstrate complete knowledge of the products that he sells.

Although my experience at pandora was good. They didn’t have my size in a ring I bought and told me I would receive a cal within 1-2 days letting me know that’s its coming to the store & then another call letting me know when it’s arrived. They never phoned me within 1-2 days and I still have not heard back from them 7 days later.

the sales associate was not accommodating. she did not have enough knowledge of the sale items. the store did not enough sale catalogues for me to peruse.

Some of the items I was looking for were not available. Some bracelets were not available in the size I wanted.
