Went to store for the ring promotion, as I had been creating a list of favourites from the catalogue for a while and was excited that I would have the chance to get items I had been eyeing at a good price. The sales clerk was friendly and efficient (reminded me that it is free of charge to bring in my rings for cleaning), however this was the second last day of the sale and clearly merchandise was severely depleted as a number of things I wanted to try were not available in my size or just plain not available. Not the clerk's fault, but still disappointing. Even so, I was able to locate 3 pieces (two "month" rings that I like to stack and a round zirconia bits style to wear on its own) that I really like and so got to benefit from the sale.

Manal who served me toady is very professional. She knows all of the goods very well, so saved me time. And she is patient and nice. I have a good experience today.

I encountered an issue with my subscription, and when I reached out to customer support, the response time was longer than expected. Additionally, I felt that the representative I spoke to was not fully equipped to address my concern, leading to a less than satisfactory resolution.

I received a jewelry box with my purchase which was defected with missing pieces. I came back next morning to the store and was told they have none left and will contact me as soon as they talk to the manager. Tomorrow will be one week and nobody contacted me still.

I was not highly satisfied as they did not have some of my ring sizes available to try on in store. It is important to be able to try the product on to really get an idea of how it all looks as a whole

when i came into the store, it was very busy and all the sales associates were busy. there were two people at the cash but there were no customers in line to pay. i waited a bit and then finally someone from cash came to help me. i had already chosen a charm online and she knew exactly what i was talking about, got it for me and cashed me out right away on an ipad. by that time, three more customers were waiting for help. they just need more sales associates to help..
