I've never experienced such unique service by a Pandora staff until today. Immediately greeted, I found exactly what I came for with ease. Manal, who was helping me inquired for my bracelet size to ensure I get the correct one for their LE bangle (final sale). When I showed my own bracelet to check, she noticed right away that it was too big. Immediately, she got 2 bracelets she believed to be my size, 1 brand new & 1 loose (damage returned), to demonstrate the difference in size with mine. I was appalled as I recently exchanged this gifted bracelet at another location, believing it was the same size Manal was showing me. Thanks to Manal's attentiveness & knowledge in her products, I avoided an unpleasant surprise with my very 1st item from Pandora. As if that's not impressive enough, she told me of their survey after my transaction, found out I had a code already, went back to void everything, just so I could redeem my offer today. Hillcrest Mall Pandora team have my gratitude for redefining customer service that falls short in other locations. I look forward to future visits, not only to buy gifts for loved ones but also for myself because they made me feel that I deserve it too.

Vincenza who is the manager is very personable, professional and has knowledge and passion about the products. She treats her customers and staff so nicely as I observed during my visits both in the past and during the last few days. The store is very clean! Although there was a wait to get into the store this time due to the AWESOME Black Friday promotion, staff came out to offer booklets and advice or answer questions we had. Excellent customer service from all the staff I had contact with. Will be making sure my future purchases will be at this store!
