The staff are extremely helpful and made my purchase quick and easy. They were able to easily determine the right size I needed for my wife based on a ring I brought and helped me find a ring that matched well with my wife's other Pandora rings.

Store is well kept and clean. Most importantly the ladies are wonderful! They are knowledgeable and very helpful and I love that they are all wearing Pandora!!! I have made impromptu purchases simply because I saw something on one of the sales ladies and fell in love with it!

the staff at the store were highly professional and clearly trained on how to assist customers, as perfect care was given off during my visit. I was very pleased with the strategies of pleasing the customers the staff gave off, and I noticed that their behaviour left me very excited and happy after my purchase. The store was very clean and gave off a very neutral vibe which influenced my attraction to all of the products that were neatly displayed.
