Even though the store was fairly busy I never felt rushed. I was getting a few items so my sales associate had to get different sizes and get items out of the display window. She was very patient and I ended up with exactly what I was looking for.

The girl who assisted me was very nice and informative. She also went above and beyond by letting me know how to care for this ring as well as my previous ring that I purchased from pandora.

the associates greeted me right when i walked in and didn't push to make a sale when i said i was only browsing. after looking around for a while i remembered there was something i was looking for a little while back so i approached the associate behind the rings display and was immediately helped. she was able to locate the item relatively quickly as well.

I highly satisfied with Pandora Store because of the unique looking charms and the excellent service I always received.

i thought the sales associates was very knowledgeable and friendly i was at a store the day before and i did not think they were as knowledgeable as Nicole

I was ver satisfied with my Pandora experience. The salesgirl was very friendly and extremely helpful. I had misplaced my glasses and had problems looking at the charms. I looked through the book and found the panda charm that I was interested in and within a few second she found the charm which I fell in love with. She told me about the $15 savings card and when it was valid. She also told me to fill out the survey online for an additional $10 savings and she highlighted the internet address and the validation code on the receipt, etc. Once again she was so h3lpful. The only problem I had was locating the store in Hillcrest Mall which is no fault of the store.
