I walked into the store late in the afternoon at the end of a promotion and I was served immediately. The sales assistant was helpful. She found the products I was looking for and also my second choice items because the first ones weren’t as suitable as I thought they would be .She was very patient with me as I tend to be indecisive!

Nicole is the best! She knows my name, she remembers my favourite colours and always so sweet and nice! She is very professional and it is pleasure to buy when she is assisting.

The sales associates was really halpeful with me choosing the ring and charms to get and gave me all the great ideas and offered me to come when there is no promotion to clean my bracelet . I was also offered ideas for charms for next time. She have the best customer service

the staff member Andrea was remarkable and very helpful in explaining everything and showing me different options.

We came back the next day to obtain original packaging that came with the product (we had initially put the charm on at the store) and the sales associate went out of her way to help us and left us with a very positive impression of her and the store.

Staff were approachable and polite, willing to help & call other locations even when I tried to exchange but did not have any stock left. I did not felt the pressure to purchase and was explained about difference between merchandises. Much better than the staff at Markville mall, I was not treated politely and felt that the staff had poor attitude towards my intention to exchange, even with an actual receipt that was purchased the day before. Obviously there were too many staff there but only a few were working while others would stand around and make a customer wait while they finished their conversations.

The customer service was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful while making my purchase.

Big "Thank You" to Manal at the Hillcrest Location in Richmond Hill. She is not only amazing to deal with, friendly and definitely puts her customers first. I initially had BIG issue with Pandora online, but Manal resolved everything and I went back to buy more because of her. Thanks Manal!
