Friendly salespeople, good value, ease of exchange

The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. I dealt with the store manager Vincenza. On top of being friendly, professional and welcoming she was very knowledgeable of the Pandora products. She was very caring and went above and beyond in trying to help me.

I just became a Pandora customer this year. I was not aware of certain perks that Pandora offers their customers. Vincenza at this store location opened up my eyes and was so helpful and knowledgeable. I had no idea that Pandora offers free polishing of the bracelets for life. Vincenza makes me want to come to this store only, to purchase products for my new bracelet. She is a gem. She made me feel so welcome. It was a wonderful experience to deal with her.
