I was approached by the assistant manager. She was very polite and excellent in helping me find the right charm and very helpful. Her name is Manal. This was my first time visiting the store and I was very impressed. All of them were smiling and very helpful. I really like Pandora

I came in to have my ring cleaned. I accidentally cleaned my house using a new treatment cleaner that turned my ring black. The assistant manager came over to have a look and she informed me about ways to care for and clean my silver jewellery to preserve them from future tarnish. She mentioned to me that it wouldn’t return to its original state and pulled out a new ring and replaced it for me and explained that she understands accidents happen.
