The salesperson was very accommodating and patient while we were deciding on our final purchase. She also recommended other item to make our choice much easier. She was NOT aggressive or pushy as some other personnel in other locations. Very satisfied customer.

i went in to get my pandora bracelet cleaned. the manager (Vinny) realized that my bracelet was broken so decided to - without prompt - replace it at no cost to me. only asked that i continue to shop there and say a few nice words about the store. she was amazing. she didn't need to do that but she: (a) cared about the customer (b) cared about the product and ensuring it lasted i was incredibly happy and had never had that kind of service before. kudos to pandora for hiring Vinny and putting her in that postion. she's amazing. we should have more sales-oriented people like her. thank you, pandora
