The associates at the location are professional, knowledgeable and make you feel like they are their to provide you with one on one service for as long as you need. There is no sense that they are rushing you, pressuring you to make a decision and upsell. I was coming from a very difficult day at work, didn't feel like interacting with anyone and their warmth and friendliness turned my mood completely around.

I was directed to this store from the store located at the Upper Canada Mall because the first location refuse to order me the size of bracelet that I would fit my wrist. I called a few locations and then decided to walk into this location. The staff at this location was friendly and tried to locate a size that would fit me. They explained what should of happened at the Upper Canada Mall location, that they should of order me the right sized when I asked them if they could, which they refused to. In Richmond Hill, l after looking through their system and at other store,s and in their back room they were able to make an exchange for me. The staff were really friendly who bent over backwards to make my experience better then it had started out to be.
