Incredible service

My boyfriend and I went to the store and we were greeted and welcomed by the store manager named Eddie. Initially, we planned to look just look around since I found some pretty rings online and Eddie instantly knew which rings they were so he definitely knows his craft. He had no problem showing us what we were looking for and he definitely knew what type of rings we were looking for by asking the right questions! Eddie went above and beyond and offered to refurbish my other rings I had bought before. What an incredible way to build value not only for the brand itself but to also deliver that excellent customer service! Also noticed the culture at the store and they were very welcoming and engaged. Not only does Eddie absolutely brings value in the company but among his team as well. We will definitely be back to this location!

The person who helped was extremely helpful, kind, and patient. I tested many different rings and was quite indecisive, however, the sales associate was kind and patient with me through all my indecisiveness. Also, they made several recommendations for similar rings and they all matched my style and taste.
