As a totally blind customer, the help from the Manager was second to none. Febbyanca was extremely friendly, took all the time necessary to explain the product to me, and let me feel many examples of the charms and bracelets. Febbyanca also was extremely respectful of my Guidedog while we were conducting our business.

The sales associate, Febbyanca was very friendly, greeted me quickly and when I asked for a specific style of charm she was able to locate all the styles of what I asked for. The store was well laid out and the associate was able to deal with me quickly and efficiently.
