Product I found from website . Asked sales associate if they had this item in stock showed her the picture. Right away she knew what I wanted to buy found last pair. Inquired about matching necklace to buy in near future.

My daughter gave me a charm for Mother's Day and I don't know how to put it on my Pandora bracelet so I went to Pandora Southcentre branch and Grace M showed me how and also taught me how to clean all my Pandora jewelry and she suggested the Pandora jewelry care kit so I bought one.

Very accessible, clean, the staff are very friendly and accommodating. I bought what I am looking for and she help me to choose the best.
