I received a rose gold bracelet for my birthday. I had difficulty with the clasp. Exchanged for two silver bracelets. Nipa, Lillian and Amina all assisted me and were wonderful. Excellent customer service! Very professional & knowledgeable.

I went to Southcentre branch and was highly satisfied with their service. Salesperson Lovelia M and Raisa were very friendly and approachable. They were knowledgeable and helped us in finding beautiful gift for a friend. Because of their good customer service, I bought something for myself too!

I had a few questions and she was so patient and knowledgeable with offering ideas and additional merchandise to select from along with the exchange of the rings I bought prior with different sizes.
