Merchandise was so beautiful. Sales associates were very helpful. Loved the store layout and how easy it was to see all the options.

The service was very fast. The associate was very friendly, and Nipa was able to resolve my issue quickly. The other associate didn't say much to me, just looked/stared at me the whole time but overall was a good transaction. Happy that Nipa was able to replace my damaged ring.
