I was not highly satisfied in a sense that I waited thirty minutes before I had the chance that Sales Associate can facilitate my request because lots of customers were lining up with only three Sales Associates. I am highly satisfied with Pandora charms though.

After spending 300.00 for this gift for a coworker who was retiring, I wasn't even offered a gift receipt or a gift box. When I returned to the store to ask for a gift box, I was told they didn't have any....

I was looking for fall collection items and the sales associate didn't have more than one suggestion. I was asking about other items I had seen online and at no time did she offer to see if item was available somewhere else. She just stood there. I asked if she had other leaf like charms other than the one she showed me and she said no but the booklet I looked at had multiple. I spent almost 200 and felt I would have had the same experience online. Pretty sad.

No friendly greeting while in store. On the weekend, sales associates advised that the would not clean charms to come during the week. I came in on Wednesday and she refused right away and I told her my second time coming in. I asked for a gift receipt and she would not provide saying I did not need it and they can use the regular receipt. More than one gift on that receipt.

I love the item. Its my first time to buy at pandora store at south center mall but unfortunately the second sales associate who I get in touch with is not friendly. I notice that is a first come first serve basis but they should know who comes in first. I know im not Canadian but they should serve the customer who comes in first because that is what they told us. I thank the last associate who assist us because she is very accomodating and we are both immigrant. Thank you anyways.

I needed to return the necklace I bought for my daughter as it was not what she want4ed and as she lives in the U>S. and was returning before I could exchange Bought another necklace for 165$. and was assured I could exchange the other two necklaces I had bought previously. They did not have the sale price on the necklaces I wish to purchase and I was only allowed to return one necklace evennthough I received two exchange notices. I did feel ripped off and spent another 85 dollars instead of getting a refund on both necklaces. The store is very busy and you always feel rushed so an unpleasant experience. Especially as I had received two gift receipts, The sales associate took back both and said to regift the chain. I was not impressed however I do like your product so sad as now I will not believe any of the sales people again. Buyer beware I say.
