Had all the items I was looking for. Great promotion

The sales associate was super friendly and helpful.

When we got there no one acknowledged us and infact acknowledged the costumers that came after us. So found that little judgemental from the team.

I was highly satisfied. The workers were very friendly. I enjoyed the selection. The hand sanitizer could have smelt nicer.

A charm I wanted that was my first choice was not available at the time because it was sold out. I did settle for my second choice charm though.

The lady who assisted me gave me the wrong item at first so I had to go back into the store to exchange it

I was not impressed when I came earlier to this store already. I went 2nd time because the Pandora Me was so popular and they might not have in another store on Monday so I came back to buy some more. This time the staff recognized me and helped me. Much better. I don't want to recommend this store to my friend. They only pick who to say hi.

Love the products

The only reason I wasn't "highly" satisfied was because the store was a bit busy. It was the day before Mother's Day so it was really my fault for waiting until the last minute. Otherwise, the store was beautiful, the sales person (Faith?) was really helpful (she even tracked down a charm that I thought was sold out - she found it on a mannequin and dismantled the display so I could buy the charm), and the products were very nice.

2 or 3 of the charms that I wanted were out of stock.
