After both the branch manager and sales associate at Chinook were extremely rude, unhelpful and condescending, Julia and her sales associate Mimi were very thoughtful and helpful. I had received a gift for my birthday from my aunt, which she had purchased outside of the return date. Although it had never been worn and I simply wanted to exchange the ring for a smaller size. The BM at chinook forced me to jump through ridiculous and unnecessary hoops, even after a phone call with South Center to see if they could exchange the ring. I had to go out of my way, during a very busy time of the month, driving to South Center to get the ring exchanged - effectively wasting an hour of my time. Mimi and Julia were very warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in the store and really did their best to help me with the simple request that the BM in Chinook simply refused, on a whim, to carry out. I would be concerned from a brand-image perspective concerning how the BM at Chinook treats customers. She could really learn a thing or two from Julia and Mimi in regards to customer service and treating customers respectfully.

Only problem i had was that the first two stores in Market Mall and Chinook didn’t have the stock i needed so I was forced to drive 45 minutes to a store very far away to get the item I wanted. The upside was that the store i ended up buying my ring from were not crowded and very helpful so i had a very pleasurable experience in the end.

The sales associate showed me a new product that I really like. The staff were fun and pleasant. I own three bracelets in progress which I will continue to complete.

Very friendly knowledgeable staff gave helpful advice and guidance as I navigated finding the most suitable rings. Fresh stock made the decisions difficult as there were so many beautiful choices. Julia and Emma were fabulous and made shopping at Pandora South Centre Mall so enjoyable on my first interaction with them.

My experience was great! Phoebe was a great help and very personable the whole time.
