My girlfriend Nancy an I are VERY impressed with the staff at the Devonshire Mall location . They remember you from past visits / purchases and greet you with a BIG smile and hello . The staff go above and beyond the call of duty with everything . The knowledge of the product and the care for the customer really shows .

Went into the pandora store to see the new valentine charms. And of course we found so many great new charms. And bought a few plus new bracelet!

Sale associates were able to locate charms I was looking for and able to ring me in a quick as possible.

This was my first time shopping at Pandora. Hannah was awesome. She was patient and helped us find what we wanted and made suggestions. There is so much variety and a lot to look at so it could get overwhelming, but she made it easy!

The sales associate took the time to show me pieces, and explain the quality of the merchandise perfectly, she walked around the store with me and eagerly answered any questions I had. She patiently helped me choose what I was looking for. The sales associate is highly professional as she maintained assisting me.
