The woman that served us was extremely warm and friendly. She was very knowledgeable about Pandora products. She told me some things about my bracelet I didn't know which was very helpful. When I asked her about how to clean my bracelet she gave me very good advice. In every Pandora store we have visited we have always been treated with respect and happy staff.

The sales associates were extremely knowledgeable. When I suggested going up a size, they reassured me that the ring would be too big and to stay with the size I originally had. They were extremely personable and I didn't feel pushed to buy the ring I bought.

The store was easy to access because it was located close to the mall entrance. I called to inquire about a specific charm the sale person was very nice to hold it for me. When I arrived at the store the salesperson was very helpful in suggesting other charms that I might be interested in. I was so impressed with the selections of charms that was available that I will definitely be back to purchase more for my granddaughters and myself.
