The employee was very insolent and rude. I ask her question and never gave me a answer. I could not touch anything.

I went to the pandora store located at Las Catalinas Mall in Caguas, Puerto Rico. My experience was not good, I went to return bran new charms that I bought 2 days previous to the visit with the original receipt. Ant the person in charge of giving me my refund told that she cant gave me my money in a gift card that the only option was a refund card and she was doing and exception with me giving my refund (like a favor), when it was my money and i had receipt. So she gave me what she wants, no what i ask for. Next to that I proceed to look in the store for something to buy and the person in charge of the other person who gave me the refund, after chatting both of them in front of me, came to me and told that THEY WERE NOT SUPPOSED TO SELL ME what I was buying because I was going to pay with a refund card (which is money, my money not their) but he will make and exception with me (another favor of them, SELLING ME). They treat me really bad the one who gave me the refund yield at me when I was exposing my point and was a really bad experience to buy at this Pandora. And I am a regular client. I love the brand and they were mean to me.
