The sales associate was not nice. She didn’t even smile once and was harsh with her responses. I bought the first thing I saw just so I could leave.

I bought a pandora for men and no stores in my area or distant area have a size medium. Very stressed out that nobody can help!

La joyería no es económica como para que se ponga prieta de un solo uso .no logro quitarlo con el kit de limpieza que les compré.y la única opción es usarla y llevársela a que le quiten un poco lo prieto porque según es el contacto con mi piel la que lo pone así ,no se puede cambiar ni existe solución respecto a la prenda que ni brilla .

My husband and I spend 45 minutes waiting to enter the store while there were only 4 other customers inside, while a sign outside the store said that 8 people were allowed at the same time.) When we left the store we were the only customers at the time. Although there were 4 other customers waiting to enter the store, 1 of the 2 sales agents left the counter, so only 1 other customer entered when we left. Totally unacceptable.

The associate was disrespectful, I was there with my mom and my aunt and this last one was pointing towards one of the rings (there was plenty of space between the ring and her hand) and the associate reaction was to pull the ring box away from her and remove my aunt hand in a disrespectful way. We felt uncomfortable in the very moment but didn’t complained since we were trying to processed her reaction to her and tried to hurry up. Since that moment we doubt we will come back to Catalina’s mall pandora store. But we will absolutely keep visiting plaza las Americas one.

No trabajaron la situación de manera correcta , y las expresiones faciales dan mucho que decir

Quiero comunicar que mi experiencia fue pésima. Me dieron un precio por la pieza que adquiri y luego cuando fui a pagar el total fue más alto que el mencionado, y no fue por el ivu. Y si menciono el momento del cambio de la pieza por el tamaño el trato fue tan inaceptable que jamás volvería a comprar en esa localidad. No sé qué pasa con los empleados que tienen un grado de superioridad y altanerismo que en nada ayuda a la compañía. Muchas gracias.
