Well I got first to the store and I stood by the door because I didn't knew if they were still accepting clients, since no one said anything I walked inside of the store and I got a very vague good night from practically 1 of the 3 associates that were there. Then I asked for a ring and there was this one ring that I liked and I ask if it was on stock and the associate took her time to verify and then said, no we only have it this size. So I was like ok well can I order it? And she was like yah online and said nothing more. Mind u this is the first time that I go to a pandora store... I didn't feel welcomed in the store and the attitude from them was not friendly at all. I went to the store thinking of buying four rings and left the store with one because I had already told her that I was gonna get it.

Estuve satisfecho con el servicio pero hubo productos que buscaba para comprar al momento que no estaban en la tienda y tampoco llamaron a otra para ver si estaban en inventario

Deberían suplir todas las joyerías como tal en cuanto a los charms, no habían mucha variedad, quedaban muy pocos.

4 vendedores y solo uno atendiendo un cliente. Se tardaron demasiado en decir mínimo buenos días atenderme.

Had to wait too long outside. I know the store has a limitation of persons inside the store, but then they did not have enough associates to assist you. Then when it was my turn the associate was in a hurry to assist me, when I was outside for 45 minutes. I asked for 2 items that were new and they did not have them. The week before went also asking for another item that didn't have. I went and bought it in another store that had way better service.

There was three employees in the store, one was with a customer and the other two were just talking and zipping coffee while I waited 22 minutes outside. When the other customer left, she came and apologize for the waiting time but that was not on her, the other two employees could have assisted me. This was around 4 to 5pm.

The welcome employee was a little rude. The prices are hi. The sales person was very nice

I know is a pandemic moment but the employee need to be more greeting and focus on the client. For better sales
