Update the electronic waiting list. One of the associate revised the electronic list to confirm the assistance and I responded. I wait 15-20 mins for my turn and noticed that my turn was skiped or jumped . I brought this detail to the associate and she noticed the mistake. After our conversation she apologized to me for the mistake and she kindly begins to make business with me , the sales experience was different. I almost exit to store due to this mistake due the store was full and my total waiting time was 1hr.

Didn't have a piece that was part of an offer. They offered to call me when they have them, it's a jewelry chest for my Pandora jewelry. But the manager was very nice and friendly. Excelent service in this store. Hope I get my gift. Thanks.

Muy satisfecha con las clientes de Pandora

No tienen disponibles las bolsitas para uno guardar las prendas y la mercancía que están vendiendo es muy cara para la calidad de las prendas, siendo plata 925 se ponen negras y no debe ser así entonces la relación costo vs. calidad no es justa.

La verdad la razón no por la atención , más bien fue por el volumen de personas queriendo ser atendidas se detienen mucho en una misma vitrina y no permiten que otro observen la mercancía

Estoy satisfecha es que cuando esta la oferta pues no tengo el presupuesto completo

Porq en cobrar se tardaron mucho.

es que algunas mercancia ya estaba agotada pero aun asi regreso a verificar mas joyeria
