Elizabeth, our salesperson greeted us as we entered the store and took a lot of time helping us select the charms we wanted. The store was well stocked and clean. Elizabeth was very knowledgeable about the Pandora products.

I came to the store to look for an anniversary gift for my husband. I had looked at some choices online so I had an idea of what I wanted. I was greeted immediately by Elizabeth who was extremely friendly and personable. I told her what I had in mind and she pulled several things that I had been looking at and made other suggestions. She also alerted me of a special promotion that was going on at the store and I was able to sign up for Pandora Club and receive a free bracelet for myself! I first received a Pandora bracelet from my aunt who has since passed away. I have added to it over the years but this was my first visit to a Pandora store. The customer service was excellent! Thank you again Elizabeth! I will definitely be coming back!

The merchandise was of high quality. The associate was nice. The associate helped me find the perfect spacer.

I have visited this store multiple times and at each visit I've been very satisfied with the quality of products, variety of products and the friendly service. Each visit, I've been helped by the same associate but they've all have shown themselves to be pleasant.

The sale associate was very personable and knowledgeable. She helped by recommending items based upon listening to comments I was making. She was not pushy or rushing. I vacation frequency In Williamsburg and always visit this store. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had in years. I commend Tamia for her professionalism and skill.
