The sales associate Javed at the Green acres shopping mall was very pleasant and helpful. The only problem at this store is there waiting policy was horrible. They need to come up with a better system. The store had about 3 employees helping the customers but the rest of customers had to form a line out side waiting to get a ok to enter the store. I think it is a waste of the customers time. They should allow a few customers to look around and decide what they want while the three associate is attending to their customers. This is just my opinion and suggestions. Also the customers behind me felt the same they were getting agitated for waiting so long on the line. They all thought that was a horrible store policy. Thank you
