The young lady that help me was great but the manger was rude to her and me I felt like he embrasse the young lady who was helping me the store manger the guy I for hot his name need to learn how to speak to people period i guess the girl is new working there and she was trying so hard to help me the the manger at the time no he is just nasty.

This was my first and last visit to Pandora. I called ahead to see if the item I wanted was available and it was. I asked Shana who answered the phone “hello” not “ hello thank you for calling Pandora in the Westchester” to please hold the item and I would pick it up. On the website the store hours are listed and I made it a point to get to the mall 40 minutes before closing. This was the first time I was making a purchase and called the store three times to find out where they were located in the mall and got no answer. I finally arrived to the store at 5:29pm after walking the mall looking for Pandora and the door was locked. “Mimi” gestured that they were closed. The hours listed on the website are until 6:00p.m. I explained to Mimi that I spoke with Shana I had been calling since 5:10 p.m. and got no answer and that there was a ring holding for me. She looked at me and said, “we were busy” and I think Shana must have said something so waited 10 minutes before the door was opened. My purchase was rushed and my experience was poor. This was a gift and if it were not a gift I would have walked away and purchased somewhere else. I will make another purchase from Pandora.

This was the first time shopping at Pandora and I expected a pleasant experience. The associates were not friendly, not attentive, and my shopping experience was far from what I expected. If I were not buying a specific gift I would have spent my money and time elsewhere.

Place order online , pay online going to pick up , and the item was out of stock , waste of 30 min drive time

04/02/2021 on this day first time coming to this location. the store was roped off they were assisting a customer, when the customer left the associate closed the entrance again with the rope. as i'm passing by i asked the associate if they were opened? he ignored me then there was another employee behind the cash wrap sweeping. i asked her she looked up ignored me and kept sweeping and didn't reply to me. i said hellooooooooooooooo are you guys opened? the same employee i asked originally responded yes we are opened. then he removed the rope and let me in. as i'm going in the same employee sweeping and another one standing just looked at me up and down didn't even greet me or asked if i needed help. hamzeh asked what i was looking for i said retired items which he said we shipped them out today. i don't know how true that was since he didn't attempt to show me or tell me about other promotions they might of had. i end up leaving the store with a jewelry care kit a total value of $16.26. if they can't customer service professionally they shouldn't be representing pandora at all. (coming from a customer service specialist myself.)

The salesperson was very aloof. I was treated as though my business was not wanted. I was made to feel as though I was disturbing her day. She was very unpleasant.

I live the store however the sales associate acting as if I was bothering her, NOT friendly AT ALL. Will never return to the store in the Westchester Mall again

Horrible experience!!! Very unfriendly staff!! The sales person Brianna, seemed not ready for work. I left the store very disappointed, and most likely won’t be back.

I received a bracelet for Christmas with a gift receipt and they would not let me return the gift. The promotion you had while it was purchased should not be my responsibility to pay for if I’m returning a gift with a receipt

First the lady who was avalable to help us she had a bad actitud,I ask question about how I can clean my pandara bracelet and charms she was we have something is very worth it can you show to me please she was ok she didn’t show me until when I’m going to pay I ask her and she went to get it and throw this to me like if you want to get it get it if you don’t I don’t care . Before that I ask her if she has and different angels charm she was no in this side is all of them ,I see the next side on my right was 4 mores so I get one from the other side but she tell me she doesn’t have anymore .Im also ask her if she has something new that she can show me or something in special she was no that’s all what you see in here is what we have and my friend when there almos at the same time and she bought a set that have a percent off I feel very uncomfortable that I don’t want to come back but thank you for hearing me my bad experience have a great night .
