The sales associate was working in the front of the store when I first arrived. She asked if I “was just browsing or would need assistance” I told her I would need help and she never asked for my name. But, asked the 3 customers who came after me so I had to walk up to her and tell her my name. She was then replaced by another woman and once it was my turn she helped me. She rushed me and had no charms I wanted, told me she had a Christmas charm in the back and apparently she was wrong and came out from the back and said there were none left. Felt like all she wanted was my money. Checking out was when she was pleasant.

The sales associate looked like she was not happy and was not satisfied by her service. When I chose the charm I wanted to buy, she asked me if I wanted to have put on my bracelet or in a box. I answered "box". Her response, "Well, I'm running out of boxes". First, why would you tell a customer that. She looked to be the manager as well. It was rude and unprofessional. It's not my fault that the store is running out of boxes to put the charms in.

The Staff is always rude. The particular sales girl we landed, looked annoyed, tired and acted as though we were putting her out. She made the sale literally painful! It occurred to me right away, why I truly despise going to this store in the Westchester Mall and avoid it like the plaque!

The sales associate was lovely but the manager was very flat and cold when asked a question about the merchandise. It was my birthday and I was looking for something and she wasn't very accommodating. I have been a long-standing customer at what numerous bracelets and charms and I wanted to buy two or three more that day but just ended up buying one. the store was hot

I walked into the store it was empty. There were 4 available sales people. One reluctantly came over to help me. I had never been there before I was buying a gift and wasn’t sure how it all worked. Would have been nice if the salesperson cared at all but she did not. I had to push her to find any of the things i needed. I tried to get her to make some recommendations but she just wasn’t that interested.

I came to the store twice in one day. The first time I came the associate that helped me was very nice. However when I came back to the store later that day to exchange part of my purchase because I changed my mind the girl who helped me was very rude. She was talking badly about another associate in front of me and the other workers and also was being very rude to her coworkers. She was not helpful to me at all and it was very disappointing considering I was spending a good amount of money I didn't appreciate the way she treated me and other people in the store.

Daribelys p sales lead sales rep was disrespectful. Very rude & stated she didn’t care if I did this survey. Worst experience I’ve ever had. The manager wasn’t there but I will be contacting her & corporate. I went to another Pandora after my visit here & the person advised me to take this & let you all know how she treated me. For her to be a lead I can’t believe it. She definitely needs to be retrained & written up if not fired. I’ll never go there again

To pick up an order, I waited outside online for an hour. A sales associate should’ve let me know if l preordered we can just pick up and not wait as if I wanted to browse and shop
