Associate was very unfriendly I was asking questions and it was as if she didn’t want about items and she would respond no don’t have it it’s gone oh well sales over today not recommending anything very much was dissatisfied with my interaction with your Pandora associate

An associate named shondra at the Westchester mall Yanked the item I was looking at out of my hand like I was going to steal it . I looked up at her and said can I see it and she walked away. I never felt so humiliated in my life . I will never return to this place ever again . From what I read from Google reviews I should have known . This place needs new management. The product is great and I spend lots of money on charms and bracelets for my family but after this experience I think I'm gonna take my business elsewhere . Please fix the problem or you will be loosing lots of business there.

I was waiting like for 20 minutes, I wrote my name in the list, nobody sellers check the next costumer and 2 or 3 sellers was avalaible, and I know that they saw me. after 30minutes somebody take me! She said like “ are you just looking or you want to buy something” ..... that’s wrong. was a really bad costumbre service. However I bought a charm por my brazalete. I always buy in pandora I don’t know what happen with Pandora’s costumer service! Very disappointed

I am a regular customer at Pandora (you can check my past records). This time, it took few minutes before I could speak with a anyone at the Store. It seemed that the clerks didn't want to spend time in helping me with my purchase. I felt that it was a pure "transaction experience", for that experience, next time, I would rather use the internet. Also, I asked for a catalogue to preview the charms (i.e., Pandora Products) that I wanted to buy, but the store ran out our catalogues and I was waiting for someone to attend me and I was doing nothing but waiting. I asked an employee for a catalogue and she seemed to be bother my question. I understand that it was Christmas season, but my experience was awful that I wanted to leave the store without any of your products, which I think should have been the right behavior based on my experience at this Pandora store. Perhaps, after this, I will reconsider buying products from Pandora. AWFUL EXPERIENCE and no person seemed to care (perhaps a lot a fresh new hires for the season), but it looks that the new staff was not trained accordingly.

I was given a brand new ring that was already tarnished and I didn’t look at the back of it until I was at dinner 10 minutes later.
