Good easy transaction, in and out in 10min, staff was okay. I found what I wanted. Was helped quick and I will go again sometime. Good experience

I was looking for a specific charm that I had seen on line. The sales associate wasn’t familiar with it and asked me if I had a picture of it or could access a picture on my phone. First, I found it unacceptable that she did not have access to the Pandora website to help me. Second, when's I declined to use my phone, she seemed to lose interest. Eventually we found the charm and I bought a second charm I had been looking for as well. I told her which one was a gift and asked for a gift receipt. What did she do? She wrapped BOTH charms in the SAME box.

Not enough salespeople. No assistance until I wait a long time then ask for assistance. Had to leave and return in order to get help

The over weight sales woman was not helpful. Actually she was rude. Not friendly at all.

The sales assistant was not knowledgable about the question I was asking - the clasp broke on my bracelet and she at first insisted that I could not fix the bracelet at all. This changed to the option of sending the bracelet for repair (which would take several weeks) to replacing the bracelet. The bangle that I had was not in stock so I ended up paying more to exchange it. The sales representative took a very long time figuring out how to make the exchange.

I returned a few items and then decided to purchase something else. There's A promotion going on for a free bangle of you sound $100.00 I spent over that and was told I couldn't get the free bangle b/c i made an exchange. Which I didn't I returned.

The sales associate was some what friendly but she did not seem interested in selling the merchandise. Or showing me different options.

Poorly staffed....wait time was 20- 25 minutes. I purchased a replacement charm for one that was given as a gift because the stone had faded. This was my first charm from Pandora and I didnt know you couldnt shower with it. Saleswoman was rude about it. Totally unprofessional.
