My sales person was not sure of current inventory I educated her on which beads needed to be removed in order for my existing bracelet to be cleaned/shined I was not notified when my bracelet was ready

Would have liked more of a selection of charms re: celebration of someone’s work retirement. The only charm that was related to a retirement celebration was a bottle of champagne...Also, the store was actually too bright (way too many lights made it very hot and uncomfortable).

I loved the store but did not feel like i could look around freely. The sales people hovered and kept asking if i needed help even after i told them i was looking and would let them know. And the other associates looked very annoyed not friendly. The person that checked me out had Very long nails which made it impossible for her to help me try on the bracelet i just thought that was weird. It even made it hard for her to answer the phone.
