I like the selection that I find in the store and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The only problem I have with the store is the lights are way to bright and hot so it does make it a little uncomfortable to be in the with your coat and I have a sensitivity to bright lights so I all ways have to bring my sunglasses with me to your stores.I can understand bright so you can see whats going on in the store but its way to bright and that I have been in.

The store is conveniently located. Sales rep. for the most part are pleasant. Store has ample selection.

Pandora has some beautiful pieces of jewelry that can satisfy a wide range of customers. I find that the rose collection lacks in choices, compared to the silver collection. Another thing to note are the prices. The prices are way too high for cubic zirconia. There are no pieces with Swarovski stones that would warrant such high prices. Beautiful pieces, but definitely way too pricey.

I have a a bracelet it got extremely big and went to replace it because it got to big do I asked there is anything that can be done it the one I'm getting has the same issue. I did not like the answer that I got.
