I was very pleased with Brianna who helped me with my purchase very helpful, peasant and curious. The only problem I have with this store is the bright and hot lights they are a little to bright and put off a lot of heat and the music is a little crazy at times. But I mostly can't take the brightness of the lights my daughter want to come with me but she can't take the bright lights gives her headaches. Otherwise the staff is always friendly and helpful 10 stars to your staff.

It was a good experience even though there were some inconvenience walking inside the store there’s no space to walk around and social distance even if there’re only 2 other costumerS inside the store. But the attention was great.

To expensive for only silver.

I wanted over an hour to make a 5 min purchase. There were only 4 purchases before me and only 2 sale associates. I would not have minded my product being brought to me outside and I purchase what I wanted.

The sales associate was not friendly at all. She did not smile once which is fine she’s not obligated to fake a smile but she did not seem like she wanted to be there. She seemed bothered because I asked to try on rings.

Items are priced too high since the quality is not gold.

Had the product I was looking for they have an amazing and fast customer service.

I wasn't highly satisfied because their were no promotions or sales going on in the store. Otherwise everything went well.

I didn’t a very good experience with the sales person She made me feel very uncomfortable I have the feeling she was getting annoyed taking care of me I expend $180 and I told her I need to buy a gift I’m not making her to lost her time for not reason

i went to exchange a ring for size they did not have the one i needed in the size i needed. they did offer to order the ring. which they did. turns out i had two to return so did a switch with the two and we were all good. i have found they dont always have the ring sizes i need in stock
