This pandora store in particular always has the best items out of stock. The store at the palisades mall always has a better selection. I wish they had more grandma charms available. They have a lot of hearts but not a lot of items for family members.

The displays can be better. I have seen other pandora stores with displays of actual bracelets and collections which give you lots of ideas of which bracelets to purchase and how to combine charms. The staff at this location is superb, but the displays could be better.

I was satisfied. In order to be highly satisfied, maybe I could’ve been shown some ways in which to style the bracelets. Such as how to create a theme with my bracelet based on color or interest. It’s nice to have some ideas as to what to aspire to collect charm wise.

The sales rep was amazing and he knew his Pandora! I am so sorry I did not catch his name but we were at the Westchester Mall location close to closing time and we did not feel rushed. I went in to browse but one thing let to another and wanted to look at a different chain for my O pendant. Mine is quite loaded as I use it as my family memory. It's a bit heavy. The current chain is thin and scratchy, so I wanted to see the beaded chain. There were two in the store but oddly both were tarnished. Noticeably tarnished in a few spots. The rep immediately offered to clean them up and let me choose the between the two. Again, it was close to closing, and he still was absolutely wonderful. I was going to think about it, and my hubby threw down the credit card like a boss! Ultimately the sales rep really went above and beyond! However the level of tarnish on the necklaces is a bit worrisome as the items are not cheap.

Long waiting time to get into store. All I needed was to pick up an order, not browse. Not asked at front door what I needed just looked at.

I did a phone order to the store for pickup. The phone call seemed a little rush and loud but I assume this was based on the Valentine's rush which I shouldn't complain about. When I got to the store I had to wait about 15-20 minutes outside due to the Covid store capacity restrictions. I was greeted nicely and friendly when it was my time to enter, but the associate was confused on locating the order. After a bit of searching we came across the rep who initially took my phone order. Bottom line the service was good but my only complaint would be on the wait time it took from arrival to checkout on something I already knew what I wanted. What should of taken 5-7 minutes to complete and take took around 20-30 minutes to complete.

everything was great toni was great helping me the only issue is that the sign outside said there was a capacity of 11 and we had to wait for each service member to help each individual customer at a time meaning there would only be a limit to three customers in the store at a time, although the pandemic is new and I needed the product I brought it might be better served to have a manager on duty who is active in orchestrating workers and guests, i’m not sure if they work on commission and that could be why it was each one per one to gain a higher rate but I almost left the line and it seems all the other stores have a different pandemic allowance and maybe should all work together to be on the same page because that is frustrating as a guest in my opinion
