There was a limited size selection for some of the rings I was interested in. The reason I visited the store was to create personalized stacks and wanted to try on different combinations.

No one is pwrfect

I purchased a pandora me charm and asked the sales rep Sierra if the charm would be secure on my bracelet and she stated yes! I had not reached home and the charm was not on the bracelet $45 plus tax down the drain! Not happy at all!

I wanted to spend $250.00 and get 2 bracelets and I was being told by the rep that I would have to open a credit card account in order to purchase charms to get the free bracelet…. Then the manager approved, then I to upgrade my free bracelet and the rep told me it couldn’t be done ….then the manager approved. So it simply means my sales clerk was unaware of the sale rules

I'm not a big shopper. I only drop by for a birthday gift but I still like the store.

The items I wanted we're sold out. I had to choose other items.

The sales associate was rushing, servicing many customers at one time.

There was a fee for the bag.
