Alba was super friendly and helpful when it came to picking out charms! We didn't see the charms we wanted in the display window but she brought them out. She even helped us make an arrangement for the charms we picked.

The salesperson was readily available to help, friendly, knowledgeable of the variety of products, asked helpful questions and helped me find the right product fairly quickly thanks to her willingness to help & her obvious thorough familiaritywith the range of items available.
