Everything you hope to experience in sales was present. The sales girls were available, knowledgeable, patient, professional and respectful.

My Mother and I are loyal Pandora customers. We each have 3 full Pandora charm bracelets along with Pandora lockets and earrings and leather bracelets. We were also featured and are on Pandora's website. Jennifer DiSenso - A Mother's Loving Hands for the Mother's Day promotion last year included with my story and pictures of three generations of love. Danielle- always goes above and beyond and helps in locating other charms and gives really great suggestions for additional items to purchase. We love going back to the store because Danielle takes the time to talk to us and helps assist in our purchasing needs.

Although, the store did not have the charm in stock, Danielle was able to do a charge send and order them for me online. That is crucial, when a store doesn’t have the merchandise that they could have easily said that they didn’t have the item, but Danielle made sure that she tracked down the items for me. I was super happy with the ability to order items not in stock and have them shipped free to the store for me to pick up.
