The salesperson I dealt with was Angel and she is awesome!! She made the exchange process so easy. She is extremely knowledgable and patient while I selected the replacement pieces for my transaction. I will definitely request Angel the next time I am in!

The associate was so helpful with the exchange of the damaged bracelet. Unfortunately they did not have the exact bracelet that I had before, but she gave me one that was a slightly better quality, and for that I am very appreciative. She was able to answer every question that I had, she addressed every concern I had, and she was extremely friendly and professional.

Store associates were helpful in showcasing the selection of jewelry as well as offering suitable recommendations. She was also able to remain within a respectable price range.

The associates were very polite to me. They helped me find the exact items I wanted. The salesperson was Angel W and was super nice to me.

I was able to purchase the items that I had already selected online. There was a bonus gift of a bangle with a $100 purchase. I probably would not have sought out the bangle to purchase otherwise, but since my total for two charms came to exactly $100, this was a great opportunity.

Angel was very attentive and knew exactly what I was looking for. She also recommended some other items for future purchases. The sliding bracelet may be my next purchase!
