I have been shopping at this location for years. The staff is very friendly. The manager, Danille is very knowledgeable on all the products and is very accommodating when it comes to returns/exchanges. I've visited other Pandoras...and none compare to the Pandora in the Westchester!!!

The store was beautiful with a great selection of merchandise. My granddaughter and I picked out a beautiful bracelet with charms for her graduation present. I am sure that we will return many more times. JAW

The woman that helped me didn’t make me wait for assistance and was very knowledgeable about the merchandise. She knew what was new, on sale, etc. very happy.

The person assisting me was amazing. She was very nice and obviously had a lot of knowledge about the store and it’s products. I went in to buy a certain type of safety chain but she explained what they were really for and I decided to buy another thing. It made me so happy to have had that information present when i made the buy to make sure i spent my money wisely and I am extremely happy with my purchase today.
