The way the employees greet you once you walk in and are eager to help you with questions or concerns regarding the pandora merchandise . The store is very clean and well organized and it is easy to find the item you want. The employees are friendly and help you re-organize your charms on my pandora bracelet

Very clean store although at the beginning one of the workers seem to think I wasn’t going to buy anything so send a younger worker with me, I ended up buying a bunch of things and the first one seemed mad about it. Who knows.

This Pandora store at the Westchester Mall is the best store I have ever been. The Sales Person Diamond and store manager Angel are the best sales person in my shopping experience!!! Their hospitality and customer care were excellent, they are so reasonable and have a patient since I always take so long to decide which charms I want at the Pandora store. Overall I had a great experience there and definitely will go back to this store and recommend all my family and friends.

They workers were EXTREMELY nice. They treated me fairly and friendly even though I was a young teenager. They were very understanding and helpful. They didn’t criticise me or anything like that. Overall, I am very satisfied.
