I received a ring during my trip to Italy in January. A stone fell out of the ring her in the US around the month of June. I did not have a receipt or proof of purchase, however, I explained what happened and the person in the store was lovely and instructed me to bring the ring in. I was hoping to have it fixed, but a new ring was ordered for me. I haven't picked it up yet - hopefully this weekend, as the ring came in this week. I am so happy with the service and reputation of your product.

The woman working was very nice and helpful. I had a lot of options for rings in place of one I was exchanging. The store didn’t feel super crowded because the layout makes it seem big.

The associate helping me was so friendly and knowledgeable. Offered to find rings in my size, that may have been located around the store. Great customer service. Had an opportunity to chat with the other associates and they were just as friendly and helpful! Wonderful shopping experience!
