Unlike the Co op City location the sales are very courteous and knowledgeable at Westchester location. Westchester location had in stock a larger variety of charms. The Sales Rrep very patient on showing me multiple charms on my existing bracelet.

Always enjoy working with Danielle. she is the BEST and know her clients tastes. Has extreme patience in rearranging charms to make sure the customer really likes the final version. She cleans the bracelets and leave spending money :) and being happy.

First time in a pandora store in white plains. Cassandra was the salesperson. Fantastic. Very patient with me. Took me well over one hour to decide. She was with me every step of the way. When I go back I will hope she is there
