I can sum up why I was highly satisfied in one word - MARY! Highly knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, patient, polite and a wonderful manager. She was a gem! You are lucky to have her! She is the reason I will return to this store! I saw her interact with other customers and employees. Very patient and understanding. Gave good advice and counsel to the other employees who had questions. She is an exemplary employee/manager! She knows her product and listens to your needs and questions and could not have been a better ambassador for Pandora. I was extremely pleased with my visit to this store, how I was treated and accommodated and would never hesitate to return.

Huge selection of merchandise, cleanliness and friendly customer service

This was a 3rd exchange of a bracelet I received as a gift. The first two times I did the exchange at a different store and I was not satisfied with the bracelet quality. I called this store ahead of time and Ellen was able to put a bracelet still in the plastic aside for me. When I arrived Ellen took her time to educate me about Pandora and she fit my wrist. It turns out the original bracelet I received was the correct size and not the size asked her to hold for me. She was still able to give me my size in it’s sealed plastic bag. Ellen was so kind. I wish I had this experience the other two times I exchanged. This will be the Pandora store I shop with from now on.

The store was extremely clean, and every time I would try a ring the sales associate would disinfect the item to put it back into the shelf.
