I had a wonderful shopping experience with pandora. I originally order a charm bracelet online and i ordered the wrong size, so i went to the store to exchange it. It was a smooth process and there were no issues at all. The associates there were extremely polite and helpful.

This pandora location had the exact item I was looking for. I only wish they had the charm I was looking for. Otherwise, I felt the friendliness and knowledge of the sales rep was excellent.
