Customer service was quick, knowledgeable, and she really try too replace what was'nt available with something close to what I wanted. And try too look for an item that I needed. This was my second visit to this store and the service was great.

Customer service was really good. When calling the store they picked up the phone right away and I spoke to Bre she works in the westchester mall and she had answers for me right away and put my purchase on the side right away.

Ellen the sales associate was very nice and very knowledgeable. She offered many options to enhance my bracelet and keep my charms from sliding up and down my bracelet. She even offered to clean my bracelet and charms at no charge.

It was my first time ever going to pandora, when i got inside they all greeted me and asked me what i was looking for and i told the guy rings. he took the measurement for my ring and immediately pulled out a whole bunch of rings, silver and rose gold. i couldn’t decide which ring to get and he was very helpful with that and comparing the rose gold and silver with me and then eventually narrowing down one i really like!

I was helped right away and wasn’t rushed. I got my rings cleaned and bought 3 items. I had two workers help me and they were both wonderful!
