Employees attended a quickly manner. The store was very clean. And everyone was polite.

Merchandise is beyond compare. Had decided on charm before arriving at store. Despite having to serve 4 different groups of people alone, the sales associate was a multitasking master and I was able to complete my purchase quickly. Am sure stores have cut down on staff and it was midday on a Monday but she really could have used some help. Overall very pleased.

I’m very satisfied with my purchase and the service of the sales representative that approach me when I got there . The same woman that approach me greet me and was very sweet and helpful. Everyone else didn’t want to make eye contact with me they were more I interested in there phone .

The sales associate was extremely helpful and attentive to what I was looking for. Allowed to me try many options and ended up helping me pick out the rings I bought. She was really great.

Great staff. Went in just to accompany a friend i do own a bracelet myself... ended up asking for a cleaning... job done was amazing and so fast... also ended up purchasing a new charm.. just because the staff was so great i purchased a charm for myself.

I would like to compliment the salesperson who assisted me, Sierra H., as she exceeded my expectations when I required assistance. She really went above and beyond, and I hope she is recognized for her efforts.

Sales lady took time to show mechandise

I made my first purchase at this Pandora a about 2 weeks ago and Sierra was the salesperson. She was so kind and I returned to this store today to buy a surprise for my daughter and Sierra was there and she remembered me!! She was so helpful and genuinely cared about helping me get the best choice for my daughter. Thank you Sierra!! I can't wait to give this to my daughter and will tell her how happy you were for her, too!!!!

I went to the Westchester location and Ellen was amazing. I had an exchange which she made very easy and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Great spirits in the overall store and I will be back to shop there ! Thank you
