The sales associate was not helpful or friendly in any definition of the words. I was looking for a charm and she did not assist in the way that is expected. We have been to this Pandora store many times and they have always been friendly and helpful in finding the perfect charm for us. Paige did not assist. She merely showed. I also had an issue with one of my charms not coming off of my bracelet. She blamed me for this happening, saying the charm was stripped because I did not have a clip on my bracelet. I did have a clip and the charm has not moved from that spot. She offered me no solutions and was very rude about the matter. I left angry and will be watching that she is not helping me next time I visit this store, if I even visit again.

The girl who helped me was pushy and just wanted to get the sale over with. I have never purchased a bracelet from Pandora before. She showed me the bracelets and only one set of charms. They were out of stock on 3 of the 4 things I asked for. I was wanting to buy 4-5 charms and only bought 1 because she was so quick to just ask how I was paying. I plan to return my purchase and go to another location because that is not how I want to be treated when I’m paying almost $200 for a bracelet.

Stood in line for hour and a half. Only 3 allowed in store at a time.

The store was very under staffed. I waited in a long line at least 45 min. to get in the store. There were only two sales staff working. One was sick and should not have been there. She did apologized for having to be there. One of the sales staff was busy with one customer before I was in line and still there when I finally get into the store. Why would a store be so understaffed especially in such a busy time for sales?

Went in store Christmas Eve for one last present and she opened a empty box!!!!!!!! I am so mad I could spit nails! I could not see her box it up as she was behind another cashier nor should i think I should have to watch someone put a gift in a box. How sad! If u realized you didn’t get it in box by accident and you knew it was Christmas wouldn’t u pull a list of customers that purchased in the last hour and email or call? It’s not like it’s Christmas and someone would expect something in the box they received. Ok I’m gonna quit while you are ahead!

Our sales associate was very rude, she made us feel rushed and not appreciated as a customer. Was giving us an attitude when asked to have pandora charms in separate boxes. Most likely won't return to the Belden Village store but still love Pandora.

Salesperson was rude. She talked down to me and my 2 shopping friends. She treated us with disrespect and assumed we would not be able to afford to purchase anything. She did not want to show us any items and was irritated to allow us to look at or try on bracelets. I purchased a bracelet that I don’t really want just to show her I could buy it. My friends and I stopped at Pandora first, I only spent $200 at Pandora, but we ended up spending around $3000 shopping that day. Salespeople should treat all people with respect, and not judge others.

While looking at the selection tray of what I was looking for, the store manager asked me to move so she could put a tray away. Are you kidding, she couldn't wait 5 minutes? Beyond rude and VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
