Pandora Jewelry

The store is so small that with other people being helped as well it was hard for both myself & the associate to hear each other. At first I just thought she wasn't friendly, but understood the difficulty hearing and moving thru the space.

The associate knew I bought 2 charms for 2 people and she said she would put them in 2 bags with tissue. I walked around while she got them ready and when she was done she had put them both in 1 bag. I didn’t say anything and left. Not a big deal but was a little disappointed.

Sales rep could not find a price on a charm. Nor the other sales rep and it was not in the catalog.

Waited nearly 30 minutes to speak with a sales person. If my wife did not want this gift fir Christmas I would have left.

I don't like how u can't sleep in it or take a shower because I sometimes don't take my jewelry off

Sales associate talked very fast. My 14 y/o daughter wore the necklace home. We weren’t offered a bag or box to keep it in

I had the feeling that the service person couldn't have cared less about me. To be treated that way I will do my shopping on line or I might not shop for charms.

Only two associates available to wait on you & had to wait about 30 or more minutes to get waited on.

The associate that assisted me was friendly however she was kinda like a dear in a headlights at the same time. The assistant manager has a not so friendly attitude. The way she was conversing with me was completely different from the way she conversed with a male that came in 10 minutes after me. I wonder why….

Summit mall store in Akron Ohio is rude so I had to drive to canton. It was fine their just was out of a lot from Mother’s Day and was confused bout stoppers
