Highly satisfied with the assistance i received on my visit, i was very indecisive & that was no problem with Alexus she helped all she could & wasn’t distracted at all during my visit. Focused on me & helped me find something so beautiful for myself. I loved my visit to pandora. I wasn’t feeling good but my day was made with this visit. Alexus keep up the great work !!!

I had a problem with a bracelet I barely wore. My husband bought it as a gift. It was maybe 5- 6 months old. The clasp broke and I lost 3 charms off that bracelet. I work at a school and one of the students saw one of the charms fly off the bracelet(outside) and was able to find it and give it to me. I still haven't found the other 2 charms. I went in the store wanting to exchange the broken bracelet for a safety chain charm for my older Pandora bracelet so I won't lose anymore charms. That is exactly what I got and I am happy with that. I am still hoping to find the 2 lost charms. Penelope was great and very professional. I wasn't going to bother coming into the store for this because I was mad about the 2 lost charms but I am glad I did because at least it was worth going in for and taken care of.

Great service

This was my first Pandora purchase, I used a gift card that I received. When I walked in, the store was very clean, well lit, and I liked how everything was displayed. Paige immediately greeted me with a smile. She answered all my questions and showed me the rings I wanted to look at. After my purchase she thanked me and I told her I’d be back!

I went to the mall for a little shopping therapy; with no idea what I was looking for. The Pandora store sparkled with come in and see me! The sales associate assisted with finding the perfect bobble to make my day a little brighter.

Rep was knowledgeable and very friendly

Alexus was helpful in assisting me in selecting beads to compliment my bracelet. She offered me an opportunity to receive 10% off when I open a charge account. She gave me info on the transaction, along with a free gift. When Alexus noticed my bracelet was too large, Penelope offered to exchange mine for one with a better fit. Then Alexus pointed out this survey with 10.00 off my next purchase! Jackpot!

Both the salesperson and manager (Alexus and Michele)were extremely friendly and helpful with my transaction to exchange merchandise for a different size and also assist in picking out a new item for a friend. The experience was pleasant and fun. They had great customer service and a fun sense of humor!

The associates and manager at this store are always very helpful and friendly. This is the only place that I buy Pandora unless I am out of town. They even remember you from your previous visits.
